Craig Mowll is the CEO and Managing Director of Certitude Global Investments Limited. Prior to joining Certitude Craig was a Director of Credit Suisse Asset Management where he was responsible for Distribution, Product and Marketing in Australia and New Zealand.
Prior to these roles, Craig managed three divisions of St George Bank Ltd, heading Distribution, Client Service and Technical Services for Advance Asset Management, Margin Lending and DirectShares Online Trading.
Before his time at St George, Craig successfully built his own financial planning dealer group before selling the practice in 2000. Prior to this he led a market research firm for several years. Craig has completed his Masters in Business Strategy and Change (MBSc) and also holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with Wollongong University, Sydney Business School.
Amber Stoney
Chief Finance and Operating Officer

Amber was appointed as an Executive Director of Certitude In June 2010. She was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the HFA Holdings Group, Certitude’s parent entity in May 2006 when HFA was listed on the Australian Securities Exchange.
Prior to this Amber was Head of Operations at Certitude with responsibilities including oversight of the compliance function, human resources, corporate accounting and Company Secretary. Amber commenced with Certitude (formerly named HFA Asset Management Limited) in April 2004.
Before joining Certitude, Amber was employed at KPMG for eight years where she specialised in the funds management area, providing audit and advisory services to funds management clients. Amber holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from the University of Melbourne and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia. Amber is also the executive member of Certitude’s External Compliance Committee.
Hector Ortiz
Head of Distribution

Prior to joining Certitude in September 2010, Hector held senior distribution roles with RIM Securities, Credit Suisse Asset Management Australia, Brisbane-based Private Equity firm and GTC, working with clients on a range of domestic and international investment products across alternative and traditional asset classes.
Hector started his career at Reuters and has worked in the USA, Sweden, UK, United Arab Emirates, Japan and Hong Kong. In a career spanning almost two decades and working with the largest 30 global financial institutions, he has held positions in sales, account management, sales management and regional business management. In 1999 Hector was the winner of the inaugural Reuters Barron’s Cup for his achievement in sales.
Hector holds an Executive MBA from Fudan University Shanghai, China and Washington University of St Louis as part of their joint MBA program.
